However, if you feel that Braina is not the best fit for your requirements and you have attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.

Please email us from your registered email address with a clear explanation of the reason for refund, to avail refund within 7 days of date of purchase. We'd love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve. Please note that 12% will be deducted from refund amount as service charge and payment gateway fees.

Please note that refund will not be entertained under any circumstances if you request for refund after 7 days of the date of purchase. This refund policy is only applicable if it is your first purchase and if you have purchased 3 or fewer licenses. Renewals, plan upgrades, and volume purchases of 4 or more licenses at a time are not refundable.
